Carl Jung and Nicola Tesla

Teresa Silverthorn of Confessions of a Mystic has just brought Carl Jung to mind. For some reason, Carl Jung brings Nicola Tesla to mind at the moment. For those of you who are not familiar with one or the other of these historical characters, I highly recommend looking them up. Tesla is a little out there for most but Jung is imminently accessible to many and well worth the read. That just brought to mind Bartok and that guy who came up with the concepts that were used as the basis for the Waldorf school system, what was his name again? At any rate, I have no idea why I am posting this little ramble here but there it is. Check out Teresa’s site or read a little Jung or listen to a little Bartok or if you’re really feeling ambitious, look into Tesla or your bellybutton or remind me who the name of that crazy guy was that started the whole Waldorf school thing… If all of these options seem boring or trite then do whatever you will, lest it harm noone, and that reminds me of Aleister Crowley…

  1. IAO131 says:

Rudolf Steiner? Also, Crowley wrote “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law” not the newer, Wiccan phrase which obviously plays on Crowleys phrase, “An it harm none, do as ye will”

  2. IAO,
Steiner was it. Thank you. Thank you also for the correction on the Crowley quote. I always thought the “lest it harm noone” bit seemed a little out of character:)
